- Can I return my order?
In order to return your order(s), you can send back your unused product(s) within 7 days of delivery for exchange or refund. Return is handled on a case-by-case basis. Products must reach us in their original condition, including inner and outer packaging. We will not refund or replace any used items. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- How do I return?
– If you wish to return your item(s), please get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return. For the return address, please use the address provided by our customer service team. Please note we DO NOT accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
– Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
– Drop off your package at the local post office
– Once the package is received and inspected, we will send you an email (within 2-3 business days) notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain number of days. In case of replacement, our support team will help you with the process.
As a small business, we do require the customer to cover the returning postage. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You are responsible for ensuring that your returned order reaches us. We will not be held responsible if your returned order does not reach us.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- What to do in case of damaged products?
Damaged or broken product(s) must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of receiving it. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as soon as we will receive them.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at email@example.com with the subject ‘RETURN’ and include your Name, Address, Order Number(s), and the original method of payment during the purchase. Allow 2-3 business days for processing. In order to expedite your enquiry, please send images, video or other tangible proof of the damaged product in the email.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- Wrong Address Disclaimer
If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately via email at email@example.com. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.?
